EVALUATION

I am impressed with how it has all come out and the idea that I came up with. If I was to do this again I might try and do some photos out side and with it looking like so it actually singing. I think my time keeping could do with becoming better because I have ended up doing all the work right at the end instead of doing in gradually.

This is the poster you get as an extra in the CD. You will also get the lyric book and obviously the CD. 

MY FINEL IMAGES CD COVER

These ones are the CD cover and I have tried to keep it so they can all relate to the name of the CD. And I have tried to make them come across as sensitive but also having a impact on you when you see it.

MY PHOTOSHOOT

My photoshoot was taken in the studio with a dark white background. These are some of the photos I have decided to use. These will be edited and put into the CD cover later on.

CD ALBUM TEMPLATE RESEARCH

These albums are some ways of doing it and I am going to do something like this but mine is just going to have two flaps on it and space to put extra information. I think it is more affective when it is hand made rather than if you just put a photo into a plastic case.

This flyer is set out so that it is easy to get the information you need with out getting confused. And I think that the colours work rely well and the font and size of the righting.  

I am going to make my poster like this and try and keep it simple but affective.

CD COVER RESEARCH

These are some of the CD covers that I have found that I like how they are made and how they look. The way that the CD is designed will depend on whether people look at it or if they just walk past it. You have to design it so that it grabs the attention of the buyer. 

  

This is the type of album I would like to try and represent because it seams simple but looks rely affective with the faked that it is just her and you don’t get distracted by anything on the CD cover.

 

I like the colours in this and I think that the colours catch your attention. My photoshoot came out like this and I feel that it looks rely affective.

My final CD case is going to be a mix between the two of the CD cases above and I am going to take the simplicity of the top photo and the colour of the bottom one.

INTRO

In the next six weeks we will be aiming to make a CD cover and doing research to help us get some inspiration on how to design our version of it. We can either use a band that you like or you could make your own up it is entirely up to how you feel.

These are some photos I had taken so that I could try and make a Christmas card. They are simple but affective for a Christmas card because you do not won’t to much going on at once. It is nice to just have scenery because then if they rely like it they could always frame it and then it is not wasted.
